This morning I was ready to commit murder... what goes on in the heads of people who try to load a defect car on a transporter (while making lots of noise that sounds as if someone's throwing around metal bars, clanging them together and so on) at 6:30 in the morning??????? Right under my balcony, in a quiet neighbourhood???

Kiy, that is what frozen bags of water (mind you, not under 2 litres each) are for. Evidence melts, and leaks away or evaporates.

Annoying: Taking a day off using overtime to get to an appointment you only had to make because of a 'creative' idea of your boss and the hearing "You really don't wanna come tomorrow.", thus still heading to work despite the beautiful weather and still having to face a "Hmmm" when you say you're heading home now after you still worked for three out of four mandatory hours you don't even get paid for. I hate this.

Today: "Why did this and that take so long?" ... "I get the feeling you are not really getting forward and more like circling around" "Do this and that, maybe it will motivate you."

Apparently 9 hours of work each day ('breaks' not counted) aren't quite enough.

I could use a nice cold. -_-

Wonderful... on the other hand, a cold just sucks. The last one I had I had moments I'd rather wanted to work... and work here sucks too.

Elyris, next time tell them you won't show up for work the next working day, due to a scheduled headache ;)

Found out today that I'll never be able to run because of my bad leg. I won't be able to take a longer walk in the woods as that would put too much strain on my leg...
I feel like crap :crying:
When in doubt, run in tiny little circles!

The boss grwoled at me today for agreeing with a (I admit: usually quite strange) co-worker of mine who stated that it is quite a shame how many trees and bushes the cutted on the rampart around hte city (used to be very green), saying that "Things simply change."
I hate it (and I always did) when I feel goofed down like that.

What can I say? I am pretty annoyed about that. Especially as it doesn't reflect anthing. If you ask me people all too often think amendment is the same as improvement. Ans this simply isn't true.

There are those people - especially in my company. Everytime there comes another mail saying that they've made an "improvement" everybody starts to flinch, cause it usually just means that everything that worked out fine will be changed and won't work anymore

Speaking of zombies here... I just stumbled across this link here: http://www.tonnerdoll.com/avatar/avatar-collection

I'm sure that probably not even Spud could make something even remotely looking like our favourite characters out of those two terrible fails :omg:
They gonna give me nightmares!

A pain in the txim for me was actually two days ago, while at work. I was asked to man the phones at the camera system at my store. I found someone trying to take sunglasses out of the store. My boss and I almost had him when the guy ran into the parking lot. He got away.

I was hoping to take the offender back to the office and process him.

Ha! Thank you. But he'll probably saunter in again, to get his second wind. Then...He's done for!

Thieves never think they will get caught. And it works that way especially for petty thieves.

Oh, that reminds me... there is a supermarket within Stuttgart central train station. It has quite large parfumes area too. So me and my colleague, back in 2012, wanted to buy some stuff as gifts there. Suddenly, 2 new "customers" came in. Guys. From one of countries neighbouring Serbia (I won;t be specific here, haha). So, an older guy, security officer at the store, started circling around them... and us. These 2 guys left after some time, without stealing anything. So I asked the old security guy like "Sir, I hope there is no problem", and he laughed and answered "Young man, YOU don't have to worry, but these two are frequent here, always trying to take something", ahahahahhhhhhhhhhhh

Good think you weren't on his list, flighter!

Yet another annoyance at work.

There's going be an audit of stockrooms at my store. We have to take out purchases that were held for customers for longer than a day, as well as any sales holds that have been in the stockrooms for a length a time.

I'm cleaning out the first floor rooms, it's taking a while, because I find so many violations, so I try to be quick, but it's not working. I stick to being thorough, I want the audit to be clean.

I end up almost holding up the rest of the managers and loss prevention personnel because I'm trying to clean out the stockrooms, but I realize, I've just left the items in a visible place for the morning crew to see that they have to get rid of these holds.
I'm supposed to put them at the register stands.

I re-did the second floor, no time to do the first floor. I don't think the auditor will come tomorrow, although my boss said our store is on the top of the list for audits.

Ugh. Audits are a true pain in the txim... so long I've been lucky and didn't have to take part in one, but I've seen it often enough with co-workers to know they suck.
