Attachments in threads

As of now, users can attach pictures and archives (zip, rar etc) to any message in public threads. For safety reasons, it is not available in private messages.

No need to use picture hosting services, which may delete photos for one reason or the other. I will keep it this way for as long as my hosting provider allows. Just please, no posting of anything copyrighted, porn or other things that could lead to the suspension of the hosting account.
